We had a positive experience with N&D Restoration. Our home was badly damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022. The complex has still not opened. After close to 3 years of being closed, of course we developed mold. We live out of the area and still, after all these years, it's hard to find temporary housing near our home. Hiring a company we couldn't meet with in person was not our first option, especially with all the shady contractors that have invaded SW FL. However, N&D was recommended to us by our HOA who had a positive experience with them. Other owners in our HOA did also. From the beginning, everything was explained to us in great detail. Because we weren't there, we didn't know what to expect. We had an evaluation done,, their price was competitive and we hired them. They started mold remediation promptly, kept us informed every day they were there, took dozens of pictures and always answered all of our questions and concerns. The mold was taken care of quickly and this was verified by a third party company that performed an air test. There are alot of people still in the Ft Myers area that have damaged homes that won't be allowed to open for quite some time. If you're one of those owners, don't hesitate to call N&D. They will be fair with you and their prices are competitive with other mold companies. We are very happy with them.
